堵車費加重通勤客負擔 民代斥「不公平」
紐約州長葛謨(Andrew Cuomo)將徵收堵車費(congestion pricing)作為2019年立法季的首要任務，州眾議員魏普林(David Weprin)、市議員郭登祺(Barry Grodenchik)等多位民選官員、乘客維權組織以及社區代表，16日在皇后區長島市反對該計畫以及任何以堵車為由徵收的稅費，表示這會加重皇后區、布碌崙(布魯克林)等多地居民的負擔，是不公平的方案。
